Privacy Policy

Personal data is information that can be linked to an identifiable natural person. Examples of this include information such as names, IP addresses, and contact details. By using Feel Design’s services, directly or indirectly, you agree to our handling.

Contact and quote requests
For contact and quote requests, we store name, email, phone number, company name, website, which services you are inquiring about, and an optional message. We process these personal data to be able to contact the submitter and send offers. We use this personal data to satisfy both our and your interest in an inquiry. This information is stored for two years after the last contact.

Existing & previous customers
As an existing customer, we store the information we received during the contract/quote request. We also store the information you provide to us during the course of our collaboration to offer the best possible service. Your personal data is stored as long as our services are used and as long as there is a legal obligation to retain it. We refer, for example, to the Accounting Act where we have a legal obligation to retain the information for at least seven years.

Other purposes for processing personal data
The data we collect in our digital channels and services is processed by us and partners as described above, but also for the following purposes:

  • For statistics, analysis, and market research
  • For system administration
  • To evaluate, test, and improve our services
  • To create targeted communication, services, and offers

Information processed includes, for example, name, email, phone number, company name, website, identification information, location information, which services you are seeking from us, and optional messages. Furthermore, technical data such as the device you use, IP address, unique device ID, cookie information, and browser type may be collected. Collection occurs both when using our forms and when using social media or downloaded material.

Direct marketing and how to opt out
Our direct marketing primarily occurs via email, SMS, or targeted advertising. Your personal data is processed based on our legitimate interest to offer our services. Our assessment is that our legitimate interest in contact and development of our services outweighs your interest in protecting your personal privacy. If you want to opt out of direct marketing, contact us at info@feeldeisgn.se and we will delete your personal data. You also have the right to request the information that Feel Design has saved about you.

When you provide personal data, you consent to our processing of your personal data. You also assure that you are over 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian regarding our processing of personal data
